{"id":21043,"date":"2017-10-17T22:40:41","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T22:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalgeek.co\/?p=21043"},"modified":"2017-10-17T22:40:41","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T22:40:41","slug":"juro-scoops-legal-geek-start-award-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalgeek.co\/juro-scoops-legal-geek-start-award-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Juro scoops Legal Geek Start Up Award 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalgeek.co\/startup-map\/juro\/\"><strong>Juro<\/strong><\/a> has won the <strong>2017 Legal Geek Start Up Award<\/strong> following a competitive pitch process held on the sidelines of today\u2019s Legal Geek Conference, which saw more than 1,000 delegates gather in East London to discuss the foremost matters of the day in the disruptive sector of LegalTech.<\/p>\n<p>Juro, an artificial intelligence- (AI-) enabled contract management platform, was competing against a shortlist of seven other start-ups, all of whom feature on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalgeek.co\/startup-map\/\"><strong>Legal Geek Start Up Map<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The judging panel comprised of Legal Geek Conference sponsors Freshfields, Thomson Reuters and The Law Society.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalgeek.co\/startup-map\/f-lex\/\"><strong>F-LEX<\/strong><\/a>, the on-demand\u00a0legal\u00a0service for paralegals, was voted as runner up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Richard Mabey<\/strong>, Co-Founder and CEO of Juro, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe are thrilled to win this award, alongside some great competition. This year\u2019s conference was even better than last year&#8217;s.
